RE the witch - love the hole instead of the heart - awesome. She must have the weirdest looking broom/machine ever to fit all those tentacled armatures on it! Have to suggest bustles - lethal ones - and a parasol/umbrella - especially as she's likely to be rather paranoid about getting rained on...

My apologies to Ursula... I like the idea that the Wicked Witch of the West might be more machine than human. Powered by evil of course. It's a start!
I like that even though she is powered by evil, she is quite attractive.
