While not quite the man he was intended to be, Mario survives the week! Link was not quite as fortunate, and Kirby ate himself into a stupor... but Mario bucked the trend of demise and won the race. He was then beaten senseless by a mushroom.

Mario Survives!
While not quite the man he was intended to be, Mario survives the week! Link was not quite as fortunate, and Kirby ate himself into a stupor... but Mario bucked the trend of demise and won the race. He was then beaten senseless by a mushroom.
